These are Some of Our Heart Connection Stories. What is Yours?I've been fortunate to be connected with animals from a very young age. Over the years I have benefitted from their love, support, companionship, and lessons. Each animal companion who entered my life showed me a new aspect of what it means to love and care for myself and others. I've shared some lessons from my animals below.

Tweenie, and How Our Heart Connection Brought Her Back into My LifeWhen I said goodbye to my sweet dog Tweenie it was heartbreaking. Her quality of life was suffering, and we both knew it was time. I held her in my arms and said goodbye. As she gently went to sleep, I whispered in her ear: “Get you a new puppy body and come back to me." Cricket, and the Special Gift of an Open Heart She Brought into My LifeOne day at the flea market this little puppy caught my eye, and it was love at first sight. She was tiny with eyes so bright, and she filled me with a motherly love that flowed freely from her big heart. I brought Cricket home who went about her business licking, cleaning, and mothering everyone in our family, furry and human. Heyoka, and How She Taught Me About Pure Heart ConnectionsI had heard that Australian Cattle Dogs were good companions, and in my search for one, I came across Heyoka. She loved the outdoors, and we spent treasured times together playing in the fields. Heyoka knew when to stay close and when it was okay to explore off leash, which gave me confidence that our loving heart connection would always bring her back to me. The trust I had in the purity of her love for me, and the gentle, compassionate energy of our connection became a point of comparison for other relationships in my life, and the catalyst I needed to get out of an abusive marriage. Kristo & Michelle's Connection Story

Kristo and I met in November 2017 when he was barely ten weeks old. This tiny kitten climbed over the fence and into my garden, then through the cat-flap and into the house! At the time I hadn’t considered taking on another cat, but the Universe had other ideas, and long story short, he ended up staying. One factor in this decision is that very early in our relationship, as I picked him up to cuddle him, a voice said loud and clear in my head: STAR BEING. Rayn confirmed that in that he was telling her that he is a star being. I took this information to mean that Kristo is an incarnated being from one of the star families. Pondering on this idea, it occurred to me that another of my cats, who had sadly transitioned a few months previously, had sent him to me to help me as I also got the information that she had transitioned because she was needed elsewhere. Kristo is unusually sensitive to disturbances like loud noises. By comparison, I have another cat who will tolerate the vacuum cleaner right up next to him! Kristo is not cuddly or even a cat who likes to sit on my knee, but he does often spend the night on my bed. He is full of joy and (usually) carefree and loves to run everywhere at top speed. He makes friends easily with other cats (which most cats don’t!). I feel that he is like the special human children who are now being born already equipped with high connections, and who find this world troubling because of the low vibrations that still exist here. I think he will settle in more comfortably when he has matured and learned how to cope; and to me he demonstrates joy and being in the moment. By the way, the sound of his name, though not the spelling, means “crystals” in French.
